No.1/2015 pending on the file of the District and Sessions Court, Madurai and quash the same.
ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt 17.02.2020 and letter in D.No.1953 Dated 04.12.2021 received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate Madurai, seeking further 4 months time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order: By letter, dated 04.12.2021 addressed to the Additional Registrar General, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai has requested further time of four months to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.1 of 2015.
2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 17.02.2020.
