Prayer : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram to dispose expeditiously the O.S.No.6 of 2020 and to pass decree and judgment within a period as fixed by this Court and grant such other reliefs as this Court deems fit in the nature and circumstances of this case by allowing this revision petition. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the petition mentioned suit. Normally I would be reluctant to issue directions if the suit is not 5 years old. It is seen that the suit is almost 5 years old. The defendant states that on account of the pendency of the suit, he is not able to get electricity service connection.

3.In this view of the matter, even though the Court below appears to be loaded with work, I request the learned Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram to dispose of O.S.No.6 of 2020 on merits and in 2/4

accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
