ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation. 2.The learned Government Counsel states that the police were not quite sure. Originally, it was a case of Section 307 IPC. Then, they wanted to alter the case into one of murder. Now, based on the dying declaration said to have been given by the victim, the police think this case to be one of suicide. 3.The second respondent shall make up his mind and file the final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
