(R5 is Impleaded Vide Court Order Dated.05.09.2024 in Wmp(MD).17953/2024 in this writ petition by RVJ) PRAYER :- (S-3) Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E1/8339/2022-2, dated 30.07.2024 and quash the same and consequently promote the petitioner to the post of jeep driver in the 2nd respondent's office in the light of the stand taken by the 1st and 2nd respondents in WP(MD) No. 7272/2024 dated 22.03.2024 and as per the report of the 3rd respondent dated 09.01.2024 as expeditiously as possible within a time stipulation as fixed by this Court.
