ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed, charge sheet is ready, awaiting for approval from the officials and copy of the same has been produced before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would also submit that there are 47 witnesses have been examined, statements have been recorded and documents have been annexed in the final report.

3.It is seen from the final report, it has been completed as early as on 22.11.2019.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The first respondent police is directed to inform this Court about filing of charge sheet before the concerned Court by 09.03.2020.
