ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct the Survey of the Properties situated in Survey Nos.38/4D, 38/5F, 38/6F, 38/9, 38/10, 39/1E and 39/2, in Usilampatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representations dated 06.02.2025, 12.03.2025 and 20.05.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.B.Prahalad Ravi, learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, the subject properties were purchased by him under a registered sale deed dated 28.03.2002 and the patta for the subject properties stands in his name in Patta No.358. He submitted various representations before the respondents seeking survey of the subject properties and the last of the representation was submitted on 20.05.2025. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not submitted a proper online application and hence, his request has not been considered. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to submit a proper online application and produce the
acknowledgment before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the second respondent shall consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
