(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14398 of 2015, dated 12.08.2015, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced the communication of the respondent in Na.No.Aa5/628/2020, dated 27.09.2022 addressed to him and submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have been removed. The photographs showing removal of encroachments have also been enclosed along with communication.
