respondents to revise the seniority list published by the second respondent within his jurisdiction and consequently give appropriate seniority to the petitioner as per the order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No.R32833/2023 dated 26.06.2023 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to revise the seniority list published by the second respondent and also to assign the appropriate seniority to the petitioner as per the order passed by the first respondent in R.C. No. R32833/2023 dated 26.06.2023.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the request of the petitioner for the revised seniority list was considered by the respondents and the seniority list has already been published on 26.06.2023. In the event, if the petitioner is having any grievance with regard to the seniority list, he is at liberty to challenge the same.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having certain objections to the seniority list and therefore, he has submitted a representation to revise the seniority list and the same has not considered by the respondents.

4. In the event, if the petitioner raise any objections to the seniority list, the same shall be considered and necessary orders shall be passed as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
