To stay all further proceedings in C.C. No.2 of 2013 pending on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul pending disposal of the main quash petition. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ,Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought further time. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interim order passed by this Court on 22.09.2016 has to be extended, otherwise the Trial Court may proceed further pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd.

, and Another Vs. Central Burueau of Investigation. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the case before the Court below is posted on 12.02.2019 and unless or otherwise the interim order granted by this Court on 22.09.2016 is extended, the Trial Court may proceed with the trial further. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Under the above circumstances, the interim order passed by this Court is modified to the effect that the interim order already granted is extended for a period of two weeks. 5.Post the matter after two weeks.
