PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the Respondent No.1 vide his proceeding No. Na.Ka.A3/B.S.R9/2014 dated 21.07.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the respondents No 3 to 7 as per the light of the Division Bench order in WP(MD)No.1599 of 2014 dated 10.02.2015.

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The order dated 21.07.2015 of the District Collector is challenged. It is submitted that there is a small peedam and there is no encroachment in the water body.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the letter is given to the petitioner, the petitioner is not instructing the learned counsel for the petitioner.
