ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today (i.e.,17.11.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted and was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the Thoothukudi South Police has registered a case in Crime No.829 of 2021 against the petitioner and others.
