O R D E R
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to provide protection to safeguard the devotees and for the smooth running of Ohm Srilasri Bagavan Palani, Sakkadai Sithar, Palani, Dindigul District.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR No.1161 of 2024 came to be registered and that the enquiry is pending.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one Selvaraj, husband of the fourth respondent and father of the fifth respondent was a trustee and since he was involved in misappropriation and irregularities, he was removed from the trust and a resolution came to be passed in that regard.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation by taking note of the resolution passed by the Trust and also the letter given by the former trustee Selvaraj and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 29.08.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Dindigul.
