ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent (District Collector) to initiate action as against the fourth respondent Panchayat President under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent pointed out that the tenure of the fourth respondent had already expired in the year 2016. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
