ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondent not to disconnect the agricultural service connection No.41 available at Survey No.28/B1, Jambumadai Village, Musiri Taluk.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is not going to disconnect the electricity service connection connected to the petitioner at the aforementioned address. However, she makes it clear that in case the petitioner violates the terms and conditions for grant of free agricultural service connection in the near future, the respondent will be at liberty to disconnect the electricity service connection of the petitioner. 3.Therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner that the respondent will disconnect her free agricultural service connection at the aforementioned address is uncalled for. In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner violates the terms and conditions for grant of electricity service connection in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14819 of 2015 aforementioned property in future, the respondent is at liberty to take action against the petitioner in accordance with law. No costs.
