Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had availed loan from the Muthoot Finance. He alleges that the financier had charged exorbitant interest. The petitioner filed a petition before the first respondent. The first respondent is said to have passed on the petition to the second respondent. Since the second respondent has not taken any action, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. The first respondent cannot issue any direction to the second respondent. In this case, the first respondent has only forwarded the same petition received by him. In any event, Muthoot Finance is an NBFC. In matters concerning the dispute between an NBFC and its borrowers, the writ Court cannot interfere. The borrower can avail remedies available under law. No direction can be issued in this writ petition. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
