2. I made it clear to the learned counsel for the petitioner that only Civil Miscellaneous Appeal lies before the trial Court and the Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable. When I posed this question, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that he would be satisfied if the suit is directed to be expedited.
4. The suit is only of the year 2023. I therefore direct the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.91 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the next date of hearing. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
