Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to change the Enquiry Officer in respect of enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.6142/A1/2015, dated 31.07.2015 pending before the District Registrar, Registration Department, Trichy by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 07.08.2015 and 25.06.2015. This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to change the Enquiry Officer in respect of enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.6142/A1/2015, dated 31.07.2015 pending before the District Registrar, Registration Department, Trichy by considering the petitioner's representations, dated 07.08.2015 and 25.06.2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the representations submitted by the petitioner, the respondent police has already conducted enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
