PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2016 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b) and 506(1) IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.08.2016, considering the representation made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that only petition enquiry is pending, this Court has granted interim anticipatory bail and directed the respondent police to file a status report as to the stage of investigation.
