ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for initiating action as against the third respondent, who was holding the post of President of the Panchayat at that point of time. The tenure of the third respondent has expired. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
