2.When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent submitted that investigation in Crime No.229 of 2016 is almost completed and final report will be filed within one month.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
