Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2015 under the light of Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 issued by the 1st respondent and to annual the Gift settlement Deeds registered as Document No.2126 of 2008 and Document No.1008 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein with regard to the property in R.S.No.62/8A of Manoothu Village, Usilampatti Union, situated within the limits of Usilampatti Sub-Registration District, Periyakulam Registration District, Madurai District and to pass appropriate orders to the third respondent to remove the entires in respect of fradulent registered gift settlement deeds in document Nos.2126 of 2008 dated 22.07.2008 and document No.1008 of 2013 dated 25.03.2013 on the file of the third respondent. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioners seek action to be taken under the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011. The said circular has been withdrawn. The registering authority during the relevant time did not have the power to annul the registration. The petitioners have to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for establishing their rights.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioners to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
