On 11.02.2022, this Court, after recording the fact that the learned Counsel on record for the petitioner is no more, directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and on 22.02.2022, the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list as directed by this Court in the place of the learned Counsel for the petitioner. On 22.02.2022 also, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
