ORDER

Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.11180 of 2025 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli, dated 18.07.2025.

2. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18632 of 2025, dated 28.10.2025, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Criminal Revision Petition.

3. At this stage, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for first respondent would request before this Court that petitioner may co-operate with any investigation, which was readily agreed to by learned counsel appearing for petitioner. 2/4

4. However, learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that the presence of petitioner may be required not as an accused, but only as a witness.

5. In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 18632 of 2025, dated 28.10.2025, petitioner shall make himself available for investigation.
