ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.994 of 2021 registered on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) pointed out that FIR itself was registered only on 15.09.2021. He however states that within a period of two months, final report will be filed.
