PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 266 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order vide Na.Ka.No.5917/C5/E1/2012 dated 18.09.2012 passed by the second respondent and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant (Tamil) against the existing vacancy in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Mettupalayam, Trichy District.
