This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST(POA) ACt, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 22.09.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.1350 of 2022 on the file of the learned Special Court Trail of SC/ST Acts, cases, Pudukottai and set aside the same and enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with crime No.529 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent by allowing the criminal Appeal.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondents R1&R2 this court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.14057 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.592 of 2022, dated 2/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
