This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2024 and take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 7 within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner's father-in-law is running the finance company in dispute and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and taking note of the fact that the cases are pending before the NCLT, Chennai, Consumer Court and also the enforcement proceedings are pending, they have closed the petition. 2/4
