2. What is under challenge in this writ petition is order dated 05.03.2015 bringing the Educational Institution under direct payment.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that this order has subsequently been withdrawn and the proposal of appointing Secretary has been approved. The matter has become infructuous.
