Heard both sides.

2. The Competent authority received proposal for granting approval to the appointment of Secretary. Citing the pendency of O.S.No.273 of 2015, the proposal was negatived. Challenging the same the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. During the pendency of the writ petition, the matters got resolved and the proposal was also approved on 12.07.2016. Nothing survives for further adjudication. The matter has become infructuous.
