ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 30.10.2023 and the requisition letter of the Judge, II Additional Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under NDPS act, Madurai, vide letter in D.No. 599, dated 30/10/2023 and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Judge, II Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Madurai (FAC) has sent a letter requesting extension of a further 1/3
