ORDER

This writ petition had been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorari to quash the Impugned Charge Memo issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.A5-31246/2015 dated 07.07.2015.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the disciplinary proceedings and charge memo have culminated into imposition of punishment of 'Censure' by an order dated 15.04.2017.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the punishment order, dated 15.04.2017.
