ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the petition mentioned property.

The fourth respondent applied to the Corporation for mutation of the assessment records. For forbearing the authorities from passing orders thereon or from mutating the entries in the records, this Writ Petition came to be filed. 3.The Corporation has filed a counter affidavit and it appears to be in favour of the petitioner herein. But the respondent Corporation stated that on account of the pendency of the Writ Petition, they could not pass final orders. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to move this Court, if situation arises. The first respondent is directed to pass orders on the application of the fourth respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
