Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in R.No.107225/MP1/S3/2011 dated 25.06.2015 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioners to the post of Health Inspector Grade I retrospectively from the date of completion of five years service in the post of Health Inspector Grade II (ie 12.04.1995) with all consequential monetary and service benefits.
