2.This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondent police to grant protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of his representation dated 02.11.2021. 3.The petitioner is not having any enforceable order or decree from the jurisdictional civil Court. Therefore, the question of invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of CrPC does not arise at all.
