ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to forthwith to provide the petitioner's Employment in the office of the respondents, in order to protect the livelihood of the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's representation on 24.07.2023, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. 2.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Heard, Mr.SK.Muthamil Venthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Prakash, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.(i).In the year 2018, the Government of Tamil Nadu has announced advertisement to fill up the vacant post of Noon Meal Organizer and Helper. The petitioner had applied for the post of Helper. (ii)The third respondent had sent a call letter to the petitioner on 17.08.2017, to attend the interview on 08.09.2017. Thereby, the petitioner had attended the interview at the second respondent's office on 08.09.2017 and also attended the medical examination conducted by the Medical Board. (iii)In the meanwhile, another advertisement was made by the third respondent on 18.09.2017 by cancelling the recruitment process. Thereafter, the petitioner had sent a detailed representation to the second respondent on 12.04.2023, seeking appointment for the Helper post or any other suitable post. However, the same was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the writ petition came to be filed.

5.The petitioner herself admitted that the recruitment process has already been cancelled, vide notification, dated 08.09.2017. In view of the same, the respondents cannot consider the representation of the petitioner any further. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
