Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ANBUMANIKANDANTAMILSOORIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4385 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19968 of 2022, dated 16.03.2022. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, investigation has been completed, final report has been presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, but it has not been taken on file so far.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4385 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19968 of 2022, dated 16.03.2022. is relaxed and since the final report has been presented before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 18/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
