ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent for providing adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for their life and liberty for constructing house situated in Survey No.121/2, Aandarkottaram Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2018 within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner sent representation to the second respondent on 06.06.2018. After a lapse of one and a half years, the petitioner sought for police protection.

Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint before the second respondent.
