The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam. It is stated that when the case was posted for arguments, the respondent has filed applications for re-open and recall.

2.The right of the respondent to file such application cannot be taken away. However, considering the fact that H.M.O.P. is more than 4 1⁄2 years old, I direct the learned Sub Judge, Thirumangalam to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2020 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
