W.P.(MD)No.611 of 2014 for Direct Recruitment of Post Graduate Assistants (2012-2013) for the subject of Tamil and consequently to consider the petitioner for recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) within the time stipulated by this Court.

It is brought to notice that the Division Bench of this Court by common order dated 20.02.2020 in W.P. (MD) No. 507 of 2014 etc., batch has dismissed the Writ Petitions filed by persons who are similarly placed to the Petitioner seeking the said relief giving elaborate reasons and a copy of the said order has been placed on record. Though Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to re-agitate the matter, it is not possible for this Court to take any different view from the aforesaid binding ruling, which governs the controversy involved.
In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
