Respondents/Defacto Complainants PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his complaint to the respondents 1 & 2 dated 15.05.2018.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner on the basis of his complaint to the respondents 1 & 2 dated 15.05.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 53, the second respondent registered a case in both complaints in Crime No.117 of 2018 and Crime No.118 of 2018. After completion of investigation, they have filed final report in both crime numbers and the same have been taken cognizance before the concerned 3/4

jurisdictional Magistrate.

3.In view of the above, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh complaint before the second respondent.
