28053/2014/APA-1(2), dated 15.03.2018 and quash the same insofar as restructuring the post of Co-operative Audit Officer available in the Tirunelveli i.e., the Concurrent Audit, Tirunelveli , the Concurrent Audit, Kadaiyanallur and the Concurrent Audit, Tenkasi, mentioned in Sl.Nos. 56, 57 & 58 respectively of the Annexure-1 to the impugned order and consequently effect the process of restructure after the 5th respondent committee files the Report.
