ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the IIIrd Additional District Court, Trichy to dispose of the suit in E.P.No.92/2024 in O.S.No. 72/2018 within a definite time framed by this Court. 1/4

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the plaintiff and she instituted the suit in OS No.72 of 2018 for specific performance and the suit was decreed and on appeal, the findings of the trial Court has been confirmed. Pursuant to the said judgment and decree, the petitioner filed execution proceedings in EP No.92 of 2024, However, the said petition is pending since 2024 without any progress and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of EP No.92 / 2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties. 2/4

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
