PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.256 of 2022 dated 16.08.2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.256 of 2022 dated 16.08.2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready and the same will be filed before the concerned Court within a short period.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
