ORDER

The petitioner herein is figuring as an accused in C.C Nos.129 of 2015, C.C No.164 of 2010 and C.C No.165 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar. To quash the said proceedings, these three criminal original petitions have 2/3

been filed. The petitioner's father was also figuring as an accused in these three cases and he had filed Crl OP(MD)Nos.2756 to 2758 of 2017. The said petitions were allowed vide order dated 20.04.2017.

2.This Court had quashed the impugned proceedings not only against the petitioner's father but also against the petitioner herein. Of course, the proceedings were to go on against the remaining accused. Since the petitioner has already benefited by the order dated 20.04.2017, there is no need to quash the impugned proceedings once again in respect of him. Therefore, these criminal original petitions stand closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also stand closed.
