ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based upon the complainant given by one Vigneshwaran, FIR in Crime No.1250 of 2021 has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(1) of IPC.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh petition without back bundles.
