Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner claims that he is cultivating the petition mentioned lands in the capacity of tenant. The petitioner's appeal before the appellate authority for entering his name in the record of tenancy is still pending. According to the petitioner, in the meanwhile, he is being threatened by the land ladies. He also would state that they are interfering with his possession and enjoyment. 3.Be that as it may, this Court cannot grant any direction for police protection.
