2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has purchased a residential plot on 17.08.2022 from its original owner. However, on 30.06.2023 and also on 08.07.2023, the respondent No.4 has trespassed into the said piece of land and not only abused but also assaulted the petitioner and that, a complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police have not taken any action. Therefore, sought for suitable directions.

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that on a representation given by the petitioner dated 09.07.2023, enquiry is being initiated after registering the same as C.S.R.No.830 of 2023, however, the petitioner has not appeared and not cooperated for the enquiry. It is also submitted that on a complaint given by respondent No.3, another C.SR.No.832 of 2023 was registered, even in respect of that enquiry also, the petitioner has not cooperated, therefore, both C.S.R are still pending for enquiry.
4. In view of the submissions made by both sides and on perusal of records, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police in respect 2/4
of the enquiry in both C.S.R on 31.08.2023 and thereafter, the respondent Police are directed to dispose of both C.S.R within a period of two weeks thereafter.
