This Writ Petition is filed challenging the show cause notice issued under Section 111 of Cr.P.C, calling upon the petitioner to show cause as to why he should not execute the bond. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent had subsequently closed the proceedings which emanated from the impugned order.
