This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1709 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21681 of 2022 on 01.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly.
