Prayer in Crl.A(MD).No.626 of 2024:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of the SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Amendment Act,2015,to call for the entire records relating to the order dated 16/07/2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1721 of 2024 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, and set aside the same as arbitrary and consequently to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Crime No.168 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge,Madurai. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Atham Ali , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side).
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.17 of 2024 before the Special Court for PCR Cases, Madurai..
3.Considering the above said submission, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto and the petitioner shall appear before the 2/4
